Give a description of spring as presented in whistling of the birds?

“D.H Lawrence“ Has drawn a graphic picture of winter and spring in his essay “whistling of Birds” He calls winter a season of death. He likes spring and call it a season of life and happiness. He does not like winter season. In winter the birds and other living things of nature suspend their activities.


They are frozen. The winter frost brings destruction on birds and animals. The ground is full of dead body of birds. Tree and plants lose their freshness. The earth is dead Everybody is afraid of snow and fog While upcoming is a season of life and activity. The rose of the sun began to shine brightly Trees and plants get new life and fill the air with perfume. In Spring season everything gets a new outlook. These is gladness everywhere. The black birds, dogs lapwing red wings and other small birds began to whistle. The writer describes spring season in very impressive and concussive manner.
